The Cary Company is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to grow our Southeast territory, focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region.

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

• Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
• High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $100,000 total compensation as territory matures.
• Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.

• Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business
• Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need
• Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies
• Thrives on quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
• Maintains a positive attitude and excels at juggling multiple projects
• Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating
• Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
• Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina (Charlotte territory preferred)
