Job Description: As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for delivering professional locksmith services to our diverse range of customers. You will primarily work in a mobile capacity, responding to service calls from clients who require assistance with lock-related issues. Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to service calls from clients requiring lock-related assistance.
2. Perform lock installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and automotive clients.
3. Gain a thorough understanding of different lock types, security systems, and associated tools and equipment.
4. Utilize specialized tools and techniques to open locks without causing damage.
5. Cut new or duplicate keys based on client requirements.
6. Assess the security needs of clients and provide appropriate recommendations.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process.
8. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time logs and inventory usage.
9. Stay updated with the latest locksmith industry trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing training.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
11. Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling service appointments and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. No prior locksmith experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
5. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
8. Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
