We value professionalism, reliability, and excellent service. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to support our Charlotte operations. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are friendly, dependable, and eager to gain experience in customer service and operational support. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers and visitors with inquiries, directions, and basic support * Provide courteous and professional service at all times * Support operational staff with general tasks as needed * Answer phones and route calls when necessary * Document customer interactions and report issues to supervisors Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Reliable and punctual * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $18 – $28 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
