Industrial Maintenance Technician

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Partner with OEMs to resolve complex equipment issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to downtime events
- Read and apply schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Fiagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in critical situations
- High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)

education: High School Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Corrective Maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and ink system faults using HP diagnostic tools and documentation
- Interpret fault codes, alarm histories, and print quality issues to identify root cause and drive resolution
- Perform component-level repairs — printheads, drive systems, sensors, and ink system components
- Support HP field service engineers during on-site visits; verify all work before returning press to production
- Required
- 3-5 years of hands-on industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with OEM technical support to resolve complex equipment issues
- Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM technical manuals
- Diagnostic skills with ability to perform effectively under pressure during downtime
