Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and managing daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management to optimize salon efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Checking out guests.
- Booking future appointments.
- A liaison between stylists & guests.
- Light cleaning/dusting retail shelving, sweeping, etc.
- Ultimately boosting the reputation of the brand by building friendly, trusting relationships with guests.
Qualifications:
- Must have full time availability (30+ hrs). We are open Mon-Sat (between 9am-8pm depending on the day of week) schedules vary but flexibility is a must. Unfortunately we can not hire seasonal, part-time, or only opener/closer positions.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays during business hours.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
