You will report to the Clinical Manager. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Provide therapy services along with vocational and education programs and activities which are delegated and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the patient‘s Plan of Treatment
- Train patient and family members to manage the retraining program including dressing, feeding, grooming and hygiene skills
- Document and report observed information and progress reports in patient records and prepared clinical notes
- Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities and act as a resource to other health care personnel in meeting patient‘s needs

Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of North Carolina
- A valid driver‘s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification

- Home Health experience
Pay Range
$41.00 - $57.00 pay per visit/unit
$64,000 - $87,500 per year base pay
Additional Information
Driving Statement
You will be a part of Humana‘s driver safety program and therefore will need a valid state driver‘s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
TB Statement
You will be patient facing, therefore apart of Humana‘s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
