Mold Setter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Set up, change, and adjust injection molding machines, molds, and equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot basic process issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on molded parts to ensure products meet specifications and customer standards.
• Complete routine equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and production procedures.

Mold Setter Qualifications:

• Previous experience with injection molding, mold setting, or plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and make process adjustments.
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, follow production specifications, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting safety and quality expectations.
