Nexesh delivers intensive, career-accelerating AI and programming workshops directly to schools and colleges. Our flagship initiative, the **AI for All Program**, helps institutions equip students with essential AI skills through a structured 5-day learning experience.
### **Core Responsibilities**
* Reach out to schools, colleges, and training partners to promote Nexesh’s programs.
* Present and explain the **AI for All Program** and other training solutions in simple, clear ways.
* Generate new leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into long-term clients.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
* Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable training packages.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of programs.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and closed deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company growth.
### **Qualifications/Skills**
* Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to explain technical or AI-related concepts in simple language.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working with targets and structured sales processes.
* Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
* Open to applicants from the US, Canada, and India only.
