Product Manager

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a stand-out Product Manager to lead the development of our web and mobile applications to shape the future of sports technology.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate for this position is able to deliver products quickly in a startup culture while simultaneously shaping long-term strategic initiatives. This is a technical product position and requires hands-on experience with Git, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage product lifecycles efficiently. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is a plus to enhance workflow and efficiency.
This role reports directly to the SVP of Product and will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customers to build and launch innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Capture requirements and user stories and manage feature priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive development efforts using Git and agile methodologies.
- Use AI tools like Cursor.com to help drive features.
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic planning.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to gather feedback and refine product direction.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve workflows and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Track key performance metrics and continuously improve product offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years experience in software product management, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technology background, with an understanding of modern software development.
- Experience working with Git and collaborating with development teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on rapid iteration.
- Strong customer-facing skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to balance immediate product needs with long-term strategic vision.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong experience with agile product development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to enhance product management efficiency.
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), and software development workflows.
- Understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Location
This is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC.
