Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active NC PT License or eligibility to obtain one
• Rehabilitation experience preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills to excel in a rehab setting

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Experience with physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation
• Ability to educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises
• Strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
