Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- Provide high-quality patient care for a variety of medical conditions including stroke, respiratory illnesses, and renal failure.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring accurate cardiac rhythm interpretation and management.
- Administer medications and manage non-titrating Cardiac drips.
- Perform wound care and manage drains/tubes and PIV starts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including CNAs, Hospitalists, and Intensivists for patient care and discharge planning.
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 18 months experience in Med/Tele
