Assembler
Duties/Responsibilities:
Setting up and performing simple and complex assembly/fabrication operations on bench, floor fixture, or progressive manufacturing line.
Performing tasks as outlined in the process work instructions.
Operating hand and/or power tools.
Perform inspections as outlined in the Inspection Instruction sheets.
Operate manual production equipment consisting of spot welders, mig welders, gas welder, plasma-cutters, sealer flow guns, spray guns, sanders, grinders equipment as appropriate for assigned areas.
Use various measurement tools.
Proper handling of Hazardous Waste generated by plant.
Upholding and maintaining the team-oriented environment with quality goals.
Performing other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Supervisor, and/or Manager.
Maintain a clean work area.
Education, Skills & Experience:
High school diploma and/or GED with basic math skills and reading comprehension
Basic understanding of industrial safety practices
0-2 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment is desired

For this position, the base pay is set at $21.62/ hour, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
