Equipment Operator
Description:
- Able to operate a variety of forklifts and heavy machinery.
- Willing to learn and efficiently operate hydraulic gantry, hydraulic jacks, and various machinery moving equipment.
- Controls movements of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces.
- Able to load and unload forklifts and other equipment from lowboy, dovetail, and or Landoll trailers.
- Must be able to perform equipment inspections and general preventative maintenance as needed.
- Interpret load charts for equipment to ensure the equipment is being used within operating capacities.
- Able to follow and understand signals or verbal directions from workers engaged in moving loads to ensure safety of workers and materials.
- Must be willing to assist in other rigging, jacking, skating, lifting, etc. activities as needed above and beyond operating equipment.
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
- Must have a Class A CDL.
- Must have OSHA 10
- Willing to travel and work overtime as necessary.

- CDL – CLASS A
- NCCCO – Preferred not required
