Associate Dentist – 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS)

A premier, high-end dental practice in South Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our thriving team. This office caters exclusively to a 100% Fee-for-Service patient base with fees in the 90th to 95th percentile. You will work alongside two established partners renowned for advanced cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabs, and implant surgeries. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a robust schedule of restorative dentistry cases, freeing up their time to focus on specialty-level care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Income Potential: $300,000+ realistic annual earning potential.
• Pay Structure: High-earning percentage of collections.
• Production: Expect $80,000 to $100,000 in monthly production from day one.
• Schedule: 4 days per week (Ideally Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri).
• No Insurance: Enjoy a pure Fee for Service clinical environment.

Clinical Focus & Technology

• Role: Focus heavily on high-value general and restorative dentistry.
• Autonomy: Work independently while keeping a collaborative mindset.
• Case Load: Retain crowns, implant restorations, and quadrant dentistry.
• Easy Referrals: Implant Placement, complex surgeries, and extreme cosmetic cases go to partners.
• Tech Suite: Fully equipped with CEREC and iTero digital scanners.

Position Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 to 6 years of clinical experience.
• Independence: Must be able to work efficiently without clinical mentoring.
• Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in high-end restorative dentistry.
• Digital Flow: High proficiency with CEREC and iTero workflows.
• Philosophy: Familiarity with Spear clinical philosophies is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding charisma and excellent patient communication.
