What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Recruiter at Connected Crew, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our team and ensuring we attract the best talent. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various roles.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Leveraging creative strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve our hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to solving recruitment challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
