About the Position
Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing health conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs
Administer medications, IVs, and treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist with medical procedures and patient care activities
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid RN license
Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
