Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In-Person
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Work Setting: On-site
Location: Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements.

• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.

• Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care and ethical clinical practice.
