You’ll take the lead on the MEP scopes for a landmark K‑12 new-build high school project in Charlotte, owning coordination and delivery on a package valued at $50M+, total project $120m+
You’ll work as part of a seasoned project team, driving field execution, subcontractor performance, and inspections while keeping the job on schedule, on budget, and to spec.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
- Proven Superintendent experience on large ground‑up projects ($50M+ preferred)
- Heavy MEP coordination experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection)
- Experience managing inspections, QA/QC, and complex building systems
- K‑12, healthcare, or large institutional project background highly preferred
- Able to lead technically demanding scopes while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a boots‑on‑the‑ground mindset
- Stable career history with long-term tenures preferred
