WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Pay : We offer our Mow Crew Leader - Grounds Maintenance Supervisor a competitive wage of $18–$28 per hour based on experience.

Schedule : This position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM , with occasional Saturdays as needed.

All that you need is:

• Clean driving record and ability to travel between job sites

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatics

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Proficient with landscaping equipment, including mowers and hand tools

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with proven management abilities

• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MOW CREW LEADER - GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR?

In this role, you'll lead a crew responsible for mowing and maintaining stormwater control measures. Your day will include operating company vehicles, performing turf maintenance, applying herbicides, inspecting stormwater devices, and ensuring your team meets deadlines and quality standards.
