Automotive Business Development Experience Required
A well-established dealership in the Charlotte area is seeking a motivated and organized Automotive Business Development Center Manager to lead the BDC efforts at our busy dealership. If you enjoy building strong customer connections, helping a team succeed, and creating smooth processes that keep things running efficiently, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Responsibilities - BDC Manager:
- Lead and coach the BDC team to improve customer engagement, appointment setting, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management to align lead strategies and drive performance
- Manage all inbound/outbound communications across phone, internet, and chat platforms
- Ensure prompt, professional responses to all leads while maintaining high service standards
- Monitor KPIs, optimize lead handling strategies, and improve appointment show rates
- Oversee CRM usage for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
- Train and develop staff to enhance performance and customer communication
