Welder | Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour | On-site | Multiple Shifts Available

• Competitive pay starting at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE), with a $2.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift opportunities
• Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
  • 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability
• On-site position located in High Point, NC, or Browns Summit, NC
• Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description

Join the team as a Welder and play a vital role in the success of a leading mechanical contractor. Use your welding and fabrication expertise to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing projects and ensure production goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3G and 4G welding using the GMAW process on 3/8” materials.
• Fabricate and weld steel components using MIG wire feed processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process.
• Experience welding steel with MIG wire feed processes.
• Positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
