Rubber Frame Operator - Night Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (06:00pm to 06:00am )

Rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule

• Operate and monitor tenter frame equipment to process fabric according to production specifications.
• Set machine controls, adjust settings, and monitor width, tension, speed, and quality requirements.
• Load rolls, sew or thermal splice seams, and complete machine setups.
• Enter production information, piece numbers, yardage, and required data into manufacturing systems.
• Inspect fabric quality, identify defects, and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Cut fabric samples for laboratory testing as required.
• Safely doff rolls, package, label, and stage finished materials.

Rubber Frame Operator - Night Shift Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or textile production experience preferred.
• Stable work history with 1–2 years of consistent employment preferred.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
