Production Lead Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS)

What Youll Do

• Lead daily production floor operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Oversee workflows across provisioning, asset tagging, etching, quality control, and shipping functions.

• Assign work, monitor productivity, and balance staffing across multiple production areas.

• Track order flow and proactively address bottlenecks to maintain throughput and meet deadlines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for production associates during your shift.

• Conduct daily team huddles to communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and operational procedures.

• Escalate issues related to equipment, inventory, or quality to leadership as needed.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Support inventory accuracy, material movement, and reporting processes.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment aligned with safety and 5S standards.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments.

• Proven experience leading teams in a fastpaced operational setting.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

• Experience in shipping, logistics, provisioning, or technology-related operations is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational tracking systems.

• A hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the floor and driving team performance.
