Qualifications:

• Current RN license (NC or compact state)
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent experience in an emergency room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS and TNCC preferred)
• Proficiency in emergency nursing protocols and electronic medical records
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
