Archway Child and Family Care is expanding and is seeking multiple licensed and associate-licensed mental health therapists to join our growing private practice as 1099 Independent Contractors .

Whether you're expanding an existing private practice or building a new caseload, Archway offers a convenient central location with opportunities to serve clients throughout the Triad and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Independent contractors may provide:

• Comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Individual, family, and couples therapy
• Parent consultation
• Treatment planning
• Evidence-based psychotherapy within their scope of competence
• Timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordination of care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers, as clinically appropriate

Services may be provided in the office, schools, and/or through telehealth based on the contractor's professional interests, qualifications, availability, and mutually agreed-upon assignments.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current North Carolina license or associate license (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, or other qualifying license)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain before providing services)
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check

Preferred

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
• Experience with NC Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation
• Experience using evidence-based treatment approaches within your area of practice

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation is based on a 60–70% revenue split , determined by licensure, experience, specialty services, and the terms of the independent contractor agreement.
