Behavior Technician (ABA) – Clinic-Based | Durham, NC

Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM

$17.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience & training)

Position Highlights

• Setting: Clinic-based ABA therapy
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  
• Status: Part-time
  
• Support: Direct supervision from a BCBA
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
  
• Implement treatment plans and behavior protocols developed by a BCBA
  
• Take precise data on progress and behaviors using digital tools
  
• Support skill development through play, prompting, and reinforcement
  
• Communicate observations professionally to the clinical team
  
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
• Experience working with children (preferred, not required)
  
• Interest in behavior therapy, psychology, education, or health services
  
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to complete training and credentialing requirements
  

No prior ABA experience? We provide paid training and mentorship for candidates interested in earning the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience & training)
