Brand Ambassador | Management Trainee
At Carnegie, we continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty. As our Southeast Division expands, we are looking for a full-time, self-motivated individual to join our Charlotte-based team! The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to drive sales through promotional events, and represent our client's brand in assigned territories. You will act as the face of our company, interacting with customers to promote product information and ensure a positive brand experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage promotional events and increase company outreach in assigned territories.
Successfully secure new customer accounts to ensure revenue growth for the client.
Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
Collaborate with our internal sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for organizational growth.
Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years or Bachelor's a PLUS.
6 months+ of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role.
Positive attitude with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
