· 401 (K) with generous company match Job Details Partner with internal teams to align purchasing and material availability with production and business needs Plan and execute cost-effective purchasing activities to support uninterrupted manufacturing Proactively track material availability, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and performance Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support negotiation efforts as needed Analyze material availability, lead times, and cost trends to support planning decisions Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as inventory strategies, forecasting, Kanban, and alternate sourcing Maintain and improve procurement and material planning processes and SOPs Ensure effective use of ERP/MRP systems for planning, purchasing, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shortages, quality issues, and support on-time delivery Interested in hearing more?
