Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application and its integration with Ariba Source to Settle, as well as providing ongoing support for the Ariba Source to Settle process. The position will partner closely with technology, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of CLM and Ariba capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and integration of the CLM application with Ariba Source to Settle.

• Provide ongoing operational support for the Ariba Source to Settle process.

• Conduct requirements gathering and contribute to detailed business and functional definitions.

• Develop and author user stories to support Agile delivery workflows.

• Create and execute test plans, including test cases and defect management activities.

• Support deployment activities, including validation, issue resolution, and post‑deployment stabilization.

• Provide ongoing application and process support for CLM and Ariba.

Qualifications :

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Hands-on experience implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions such as Sirion and/or iCertis.

• Experience integrating CLM platforms with SAP Ariba Contracting.

• Strong proficiency in SAP Ariba Source‑to‑Contract modules and a solid understanding of the Source‑to‑Contract lifecycle.

• Background in SAP Ariba Contract Compliance, Buying, and Invoicing modules (preferred).

• Demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Requirements gathering

  • Business definition

  • User story creation

  • Test planning and execution

  • Ongoing application support

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high sense of accountability.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with cross‑functional teams.

• Familiarity with Story Weaver.

• Experience working within an Agile delivery environment (preferred).
