This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,000 per month, with total earning potential up to $60,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.
• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account management.
• Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team by providing customer information and generating leads.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NC/SC Property and Casualty Licenses required
• Previous Allstate experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
