Entry-level Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Entry-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to develop project management skills within a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and client-facing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of marketing projects from concept to completion
• Assist in managing project timelines, schedules, and task allocation
• Help prepare project briefs, presentations, and internal documentation
• Liaise with designers, marketers, sales teams, and external partners to support smooth delivery
• Track project progress and highlight risks, issues, or delays
• Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, and project reviews
• Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project and marketing teams

• Strong interest in project management, marketing, and campaign delivery
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of project management or marketing tools is a plus, but not essential
