Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Cary, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Handle quote request emails
• Order processing
• Send quotes to customers and follow up for POs
• Coordinate with the internal dispatching team
• Parts clarification, Order generation.
• Conducts technical and administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery.
• Processes incoming orders, inquiries, and requests regarding products and services.
• Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
• Supports customers remotely and onsite, and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
• Drives complex issues and questions to the respective qualified Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
• Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
• Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and technical problems.
• Supports pre-and post-sales technical product advice for development, implementation, and operation of customer solutions.
• In Administration / (Technical) Customer Services: Incumbent is expected to cope, due to experience, with multiple-choice situations in several processes and routines.
• Thinking is about ing/adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising. Unexpected situations need an effective solution.
• Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input/output relations and generic and work-specific guidelines and procedures are given or available.
• Position operates major parts or a full spectrum of dedicated, specialized, standard software packages.
• Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer relationship role
• Minimum 5 years of Fast-paced environment experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in office, production, or lab environments.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• SAP experience
• Good written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Organization and time management
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Positions need a basic level of theoretical and practical know-how, skills
• Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the field of work, gained through a structured and focused 3-year vocational training period.

• Requires an active Secret Clearance
