Facilities & Preventive Maintenance Supervisor

We’re seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a small maintenance team focused on preventive maintenance, facilities, and reactive repairs. This role is critical to keeping production and packaging lines running smoothly in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a day-shift team of PM & repair technicians, plus facilities and warehouse support

• Assign and oversee preventive maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely, high-quality execution

• Implement LOTO, 5S, and HACCP practices to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized workplace

• Coordinate and monitor outside contractors for facility and maintenance projects

• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure accurate CMMS documentation (Ultimo experience is a plus)

• Support daily production meetings and serve as point of contact for operations, reliability, and planning

• Investigate recurring equipment faults and drive process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing

• Prior experience with automation, fast-moving conveyors, packaging equipment, and PLCs

• Food or Beverage industry background is ideal; CPG, pharma, or fast-moving consumer goods experience is a strong substitute

• Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, pneumatics, motors, and controls

• Strong coaching and leadership skills with proven team development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; Associate’s degree plus relevant leadership experience acceptable

• English required; conversational Spanish is a plus

• Competitive compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 target annual comp
