- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Location: Pembroke, NC
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ 40-50/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status. (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NC OT license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
