Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning
- Architect Scout Motors’ Sales & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, designing the end-to-end process that connects commercial strategy, industrial rigor, and financial planning across the enterprise.
- Lead the alignment of stakeholders and decision-makers across Sales, Production, Finance, and Operations to create an agile, data-backed planning cadence that supports rapid scaling.

- Incorporate dynamic market signals — from reservations and configuration trends to field intelligence and macroeconomic indicators — to create and refine forecasts and drive competitiveness.
- Identify and secure useful data, and translate it into strategic actions, ensuring every planning cycle advances Scout’s commercial and brand objectives.
- Mentor and inspire a cross-functional planning team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation and simplification, turning complexity into clarity in a fast-evolving business environment.

- A track record of driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Production, Finance, and Retail operations in high-growth or transformational contexts.
- The confidence to influence and engage executive leadership, simplifying complexity into strategic narratives and actionable decisions.
- Experience creating and refining forecasts using multiple diverse data points, with a view toward adapting artificial intelligence and automation over time.
