Plumbing Designer – MEP (Raleigh, NC)

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Designer to join our growing MEP team in Raleigh. This role involves designing and coordinating plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop plumbing system designs including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems
• Produce construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate designs with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams
• Perform code analysis and ensure compliance with local and national standards
• Support project managers through all phases of design and construction
• Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration tasks

Qualifications:

• 2-20 years of plumbing design experience in the MEP industry
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards (IPC, local codes)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related field preferred
• EIT or PE track is a plus
