Job description:

Responsibilities include inventory control and servicing local automotive vendors, which are essential for maximizing warehouse workflow. Candidates must have the ability to walk, stand, stoop, and kneel, as well as comprehend reading and writing in basic English.

The Operator Manufacturing role is based in Troutman, NC, within the Bottling/Assembly Departments.

Compensation and Scheduling

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $25+ per hour, depending on experience and production level. Team members have the flexibility to choose from the following shifts:

· 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

· 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

· 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

· Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

· Accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

· Valid Driver’s license

Basic computer skills are preferred, as candidates may be required to use inventory management systems and communicate with vendors. Previous experience in warehouse or automotive parts distribution is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient vendor servicing. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking Bottling Line Attendant/Production , Monday to Friday with Saturday as an option. This role will receive an hourly wage. Plus we pay for production. This is a permanent position.
