Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with COPD, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and other diagnoses
- Manage tracheostomies requiring mechanical ventilation and utilize high flow nasal cannula
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer titratable IV drips
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and manage blood products
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care
Requirements of the RN - PCU
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 18 months of PCU experience
- Experience with tracheostomies, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and wound care
