OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Greensboro, NC by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Start your OTR solo flatbed career in Greensboro, NC with HMD Trucking, moving freight coast to coast. Our 500+ fleet includes sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, removable rider seats, and dedicated in-house maintenance.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Load, secure, and transport flatbed shipments
- Apply tarps and follow DOT safety regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routes
What You’ll Receive:
- $0.70 per mile base pay plus performance-based bonuses
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and complete benefits package
