Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly inquisitive, self-starting leader ready to operate autonomously and own the following accountabilities:

• Command the Daily Strategy: Lead the department at the daily morning Directors meeting, analyze performance KPIs, assess inventory zones (green vs. red), and immediately execute the daily movement strategy.
• Manage High-Volume Logistics & 3PL Partners: Direct end-to-end material tracking between warehouses and factories, collaborating closely with 3rd-party logistics (3PL) executives to secure 100% physical and system-wise stock accuracy.
• Drive Process Optimization: Leverage analytical skills to perform loss analysis, identify productivity gaps, and update Preferred Methods (PM) to eliminate operational waste and optimize layout capacity.
• Maintain AIR Standards: Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and external vendors to lead quality programs, conducting safety and housekeeping audits to ensure the facility is Always Inspection Ready (AIR).
• Foster an Autonomous Culture: Serve as a mentor on the shop floor, utilizing Daily Management Systems (DMS) to coach internal teams and 3PL partners toward operational independence and strict safety compliance.
• Navigate Ambiguity with Poise: Think on your feet in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeking out answers and building cross-functional relationships independently without hand-holding.
