Leading national healthcare company is looking for pharmacy technicians local to Gary, NC area for a remote opportunity.

**Pay Rate:** $20 - $25/hour (W2 Contractor)

**Schedule:**

* Monday-Friday

* 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET **or** 10:00 AM-7:00 PM ET

**Location:**

* **Remote** after training

* Candidates **must reside within a 60-mile radius of Cary, NC**

* Training includes:

* One week of onsite onboarding in Cary, NC

* One week of onsite, one-on-one training with the team lead

* Fully remote after successful completion of training

## Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support adverse event and product complaint reporting within a patient management system. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of safety reports while collaborating with clinicians and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports using information documented in the patient management system.

* Perform quality control (QC) reviews to ensure accuracy of documentation, including spelling, grammar, drug information, manufacturer details, and report completeness.

* Communicate with clinicians to resolve questions or concerns related to adverse event documentation.

* Identify missing adverse event and product complaint reports through daily QC processes and notify clinicians for follow-up.

* Verify that all identified missing reports are completed and submitted.

* Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reconciliation reports for biopharmaceutical clients in accordance with contractual requirements.

* Assist the Clinical Auditor in identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in adverse event reporting.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficiency with computer applications and moderate to advanced technical skills.

* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize changing workloads.

* Ability to type quickly and accurately, including both numeric and text data entry.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

* Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.

* Pharmacy Technician certification or other clinical background preferred.

* Oncology experience is a plus.
