What We’re Looking For:

We're searching for an experienced and visionary leader who thrives in delivering hospitality excellence. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of front-of-house and beverage management experience, preferably in hotels or event-driven environments.
• Proven leadership skills, including team training and staff development.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and event coordination.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on constant improvement.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and familiarity with event management software (e.g., TripleSeat, Cloudbeds).

As the Front of House Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring exceptional hospitality. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating Memorable Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest feels welcomed and experiences seamless, unforgettable service.
• Establishing High Standards: Design and implement gold-standard service protocols aligned with our mission and values.
• Inspiring Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with directors, event managers, and culinary teams to execute exceptional retreats, dinners, and events.
• Maximizing Operational Efficiency: Oversee scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and financial performance to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: Address challenges proactively and continuously innovate to enhance guest experiences.
• Curating Ambiance: Ensure that guest spaces exude warmth, elegance, and a sense of hospitality.
• Overseeing the Beverage Program: Manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory for a thoughtfully curated beverage selection that delights guests.
