Lead Electrician

Compensation: $75k – $80k/yr

Schedule: Mon–Fri (some Saturdays required)

Lead by example. We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to oversee a small crew while performing high-quality electrical work on new and existing facilities. You will ensure safety standards, train apprentices, and keep our Project Manager smoothly updated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and direct a small crew of electricians and apprentices.

• Install wiring, conduit, panels, and lighting systems from blueprints.

• Coordinate material needs and progress updates with the Project Manager.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and code-compliant job site.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of commercial/industrial experience (License preferred).

• Strong ability to read electrical drawings and lead a team.

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Must have your own personal tools.

Responsibilities

The Lead Electrician oversees a small crew while performing skilled electrical work on new and existing facilities. You’ll lead by example — ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and other trades. What You’ll Do: • Lead and train electricians and apprentices on job sites • Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and lighting systems • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams • Coordinate material needs and project updates with the Project Manager • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment What You Bring: • Licensed Electrician or 2–7 years of commercial/industrial experience • Valid driver’s license in good standing • Ability to read electrical drawings and lead a small crew • safety awareness and professionalism • Personal tools per company policy

The essential functions of this role include:
