As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional, welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while working with a team at Allied Universal that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and verifying credentials for entry to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, document visitor activity, and report unusual behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting emergency response activities and other security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production-adjacent areas, receiving areas, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate logs, communicating clearly with staff and/or delivery personnel, and helping to deter disruptions to the location's normal business activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
