The Morning Jump Coffee Company is looking for fun, positive and outgoing baristas. You should be self-motivated, friendly, trainable, and able to work well with others. The Morning Jump is a fast paced and high pressure environment, so our baristas must be quick thinking, able to multi task, and have lots of stamina!
Physically, our baristas must be able to stand up to 8 hours. Baristas must be able to lift 40 pounds and sustain constant and repetitive motion with their hands and wrists. The Morning Jump is looking for part-time employees who are required to work as early as 4:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 6:30am to 5:30pm on the weekends. This job can be very physical! You will be required to move quickly and constantly. You will be required to work all shift hours and weekends. Must love dogs! - We have many customers with dogs who stop by the shop, and our fur-baby friends are loved just as much as our human guests!
