Location: Wilmington, NC
1st Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
(every other Thursday 6:30am-7pm)
1st Shift: Friday to Sunday, 7am– 7:30 pm
(every other Thursday 7am-7:30pm)
Both roles Temp-Perm
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Technician to join our team. This vital role ensures the efficient inspection, labeling, and packaging of solid dose and parenteral pharmaceutical products for both commercial distribution and clinical trials. The Packaging Technician will operate specialized inspection and packaging equipment and contribute to a safe, compliant, and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document all operational activities and procedures.
• Perform basic math calculations to support production accuracy.
• Operate solid dose inspection, labeling, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize material handling equipment to support product flow.
• Conduct in-process inspections and perform component counts.
• Clean and maintain rooms, tools, and equipment as required.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner, strictly following cGMP guidelines and company training requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior manufacturing experience is needed.
• Mechanical or pharmaceutical experience not required; however, mechanical aptitude or prior experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
