Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Fully onsite, standard business hours
Start Date: February 23, 2026
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 /year (approx. $28–$34/hour equivalent)
Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k.
Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a front-line resource for employees and managers while partnering closely with HR leadership on a variety of programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and execution of HR programs including onboarding, leave management, employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, talent development, and training.
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors.
- Coordinate employee events and engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records, data, and documentation.
- Support HR leadership with research, reporting, data analysis, and project initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- 3–5 years of human resources experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
Systems
- ADP is used internally; prior experience is helpful but not required.
Interview Process
- Virtual interview with HR team.
- Final onsite interview with operational leadership.
