HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a knowledgeable, hard-working, and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, inspect systems, and repair customer HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate has experience and is comfortable working independently with little supervision.

We are also open to training an experienced installer who has service/maintenance experience and is ready to grow into this role.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours weekly, with possible overtime)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service/maintenance experience (preferred, not required)

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license (required if driving a company vehicle)
