Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with our Home Care Agency, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to elderly adults in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home care services that enable our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication management
• Support clients with mobility issues, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including managing household tasks and errands as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and empathy
• Collaborate with other Carepoint team members, including Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), to ensure seamless care transitions and client satisfaction
• Adhere to all Carepoint policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• (Salary will be discussed during the interview process)

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
