Compensation: $26 - $30 Per Hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Fulfillment, logistics, administrative, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with computers, printers, shipping, and data verification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Description:
The Badging Technician is responsible for managing the production and fulfillment of physical identification badges for assigned sites on a contract basis. This role includes collecting and verifying badge data, operating badge printing equipment, packaging and shipping badges, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Industry: Administrative / Security Support Services
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, standard business hours (32 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify employee badge information, including photos, names, and access levels
- Process badge data and prepare badges for shipment
- Package and ship badges securely to designated locations
- Operate badge printing and administrative equipment
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
- Communicate clearly and effectively regarding badge requests and fulfillment updates
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
